NorthStar + Roadmap

Each participant works individually within their cohort, building their own NorthStar without compromise. Day 2, the group reconvenes and shares their direction with each other for the first time. The program has not officially started, and it has already shifted how the room sees itself.

01 –– Foundations Studio (Weeks 1-4, Hybrid)

Ownership Mindset

Individual roadmaps get stress-tested against real workplace pressure. Participants begin connecting their personal direction to the org's direction, from clarity, not compliance. Weekly Studio Kits guide each person through the practice on their own schedule.

02 –– Principles Studio (Weeks 5-9, Hybrid)

Flow Between Work and Home

The combined roadmap gets its systems built. When personal life and work life run on the same principles, performance stops being the thing people sacrifice everything for, and starts being what naturally follows.

03 –– Lead to Legacy Studio (Weeks 10-12, Hybrid)

Living Leadership Architecture

Leadership, financial literacy, and the personal wrapper for the life each participant is building. The cohort exits with a combined leadership roadmap, tested, refined, and implementation-ready. Onsite finale at your organization.

I2 –– Implementation Immersion (Mandatory, All Participants) • 2 Days • Onsite

Challenge + Commit

Not a wrap-up, a challenge. Each participant presents their roadmap, receives facilitated pressure-testing from peers and faculty, and commits to implementation with real accountability structures built into the org. The closing assessment is measured against the Launch Immersion baseline. Measurable, visible, and tied to how your people actually show up at work.

Every week comes with a complete system.

Each week of every studio includes a Studio Kit, five elements that guide every participant through the week's practice on their own schedule. Worksheets, reflection prompts, a peer conversation guide, a weekly check-in, and an AI Prompt Card that uses Socratic questioning to help participants stress-test the week's concept with Claude as their thinking partner.
